Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. Please review our refund policy for conference registrations:

• Full Refund (100%)

  Cancellations made on or before September 2, 2025 will receive a full refund.

• Partial Refund (50%)

  Cancellations made between September 3 and September 18, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refunds

  Cancellations made after September 18, 2025 are not eligible for any refund.
